The service is professional but lacking in friendliness. The location is exceptional, perfect for easy access to transportation and landmark sites. The dining experience varies, with some aspects being outstanding but others not meeting expectations.

The hotel offers ideal rooms with a nice sitting area and great views of the city, though not as luxurious as some in Istanbul. The professional staff is polite and helpful, even though the service might not reach a 5-star level. Its superb location near Levent-Metro and shopping malls ensures easy commuting, though it's more business-oriented and not close to historical sites. Dining options are tasty with a wide variety offered in the buffet, and the facilities are well-maintained.

My stay at Wyndham was absolutely wonderful! The rooms were exquisite and really stylish; it felt like a home away from home. The view of the Bosphorus bridges from inside the room was fantastic. The room was nice, spacious, and super clean. The service was top-notch, with the staff being very friendly and welcoming from entrance to check-out. I must highlight the excellent assistance of the receptionist Kubilay and the reception manager Mr Arslan, who were extremely helpful and courteous. The location couldn't have been better; being in the Levent area near the metro station, it was incredibly convenient with shopping malls nearby and new and nice restaurants within walking distance. The dining experience was incredible, offering so much choice and delicious options. Overall, a fantastic stay with only minor flaws.

I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The rooms were incredibly spacious with lovely views of the city and a partial view of the Bosphorus, serviced daily. The staff, especially Mr Hakan and Mr Alp Maher Akuz, were kind, caring, and made sure we got into our rooms early. The location in the Levent area, right near the metro station, was amazing for exploring malls and restaurants. The dining experience, with a huge variety and excellent Turkish options, was top-notch. Facilities were great, and the hotel provided excellent value for money.

I had a wonderful stay with fantastic service at this hotel located in the heart of the Levent financial district. The rooms were connected and had a lovely partial sea view, but the price was on the high side. The dining experience was excellent with a rich variety of delicious foods, but the facilities were just average.
